Dr. Theodore M. Surdy, LP
Dr. Surdy specializes in neuropsychological and psychometric testing for neurodevelopmental disorders (neurodivergence, Autism Spectrum, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, etc.), behavioral problems, memory and learning problems, acquired brain injuries (seizure, stroke, anoxia), neurodegenerative disorders (dementia), traumatic brain injuries (concussions, motor vehicle accidents, assaults, etc.), and mental health disorders. Additionally, he is qualified for court ordered neuropsychological assessments. He received his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Taylor Wester, MS, LPCC
Taylor graduated with her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from MSU, Mankato in 2017. She provides individual therapy for ages 16 and up experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic pain, eating disorders, mood disorders, life transitions, and is LGBTQ+ affirming. She also has experience working with Traumatic Brain Injury and other mental health professionals. Taylor likes to utilize a client-centered, collaborative approach, incorporating CBT, DBT, narrative, psychodynamic, and Brainspotting. Taylor provides supervision to students working on their Master’s degree in counseling, and is a board approved supervisor for LPCC licensure.

Nash Surdy, MS, LPCC
Nash graduated from MSU, Mankato in 2017 with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. He specializes in working with children and teens using play therapy techniques to treat anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, attachment and behavioral issues. He is also certified to work with children 3 and under and is trained in Brainspotting. Nash offers supervision to students working on their Master’s degree in counseling, and is board approved to supervise those working towards their LPCC licensure.

Christina Mellenberger, MS, Mental Health Practitioner
Christina graduated with her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Freed-Hardeman University in Tennessee and is working toward her LPCC license. Christina is a client centered therapist who works with teens and adults. She has worked in clinical settings, schools, group homes, and in client's homes. She utilizes different therapy techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and play therapy, and is learning Brainspotting. Christina specializes in ADHD, Autism, and Developmental Delays.

Baily Kaas, LADC, MS
Baily is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, with a Master’s degree in Counseling, working toward her LPCC. She has experience working with individuals and groups on substance abuse and recovery, self-harming behavior, self-care, crisis intervention, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, anger management, relationships, disordered eating, and trauma. Baily is certified to administer NARCAN to stop opioid overdose and has provided ARMHS services for those with persistent mental illness. She is also training to provide Brainspotting treatment.

Aly Downs, M.S. Mental Health Practitioner
Aly completed her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2024, and is working on her LPCC license. Aly enjoys helping teens and adults work through their depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, stress, disordered eating, self-esteem, and grief. She is an LGBT+ ally and is training to use Brainspotting.

Kelly Simmons, MS
Kelly Simmons graduated from St. Mary’s University with her Masters in Counseling Psychology. She is presently working towards her LPCC licensure. Kelly has worked in a variety of settings including group homes, in-home skills therapy, and with adolescents in a school setting. She utilizes a client-centered approach with interests in play therapy, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques. She is also learning Brainspotting.
